  I'm giving 2 stars because I specifically asked for the insurance (had my iphone recently stolen) and for $9 extra a month, seemed like a great price for peace of mind if it ever happened again. Fast forward two months later and I was robbed, again! When I called AT&T they said I never signed up for the insurance and even though we are a long time customers, they wasn't anything they could do. We were not paying for the insurance, which I didn't know until I called, so I have no proof of requesting insurance. I'm giving two stars because the man who helped me purchase my phone - didn't follow through and set me up like I requested.
